Renault — Misrepresentation, manipulation/fraudulent statement

Hello Team,
I am writing this email after going through the mental trauma and excessive money charged for the services done at the Renault service station at Sector 63, Noida.
We being the rational customer brings our car to the showroom with utmost trust that our vehicle is safe and is going in the right hands. And I being a women, though driving car for the past 10 years is not aware of car parts and totally rely on the company's people in case of anything wrong happens in the car.
My car is every time coming to the Renault showroom and for the past 5-6 years, I am visiting Noida Sector 63 showroom for any service or any repair. Every time I feel and found that for every service the amount charged is higher, but I keep this thing in mind that company's products are little higher charged as may be brand or comes with the warranty.

But last year, I had a very bad experience with Renault and I even talked to the showroom Manager Sir with no joy. I paid approx 25k for the service and AC repair work done which is like exceeding expectations for me in regard to the amount paid. Just after 1 month, AC didnt work properly and again I have to visit the showroom. And my car is driven by me only with 40-50 kmph maximum as I am a teacher so very particular about safety and traffic rules. The car is also NOT driven very often as these days my workplace is near to my home. That time I visited the showroom like mad and asking these people how come after spending a handsome amount the problem arised again but they had various technical answers to explain me including MANAGER SIR.

Now, last month when I started the AC for this season, to my surprise it was not working again. So, I brought my car with my son to the Sector 63, Noida on Saturday 31st May2025 to the showroom. I told them that again same problem AC is not working. Though my car is all good as service happened recently past 6 months and car also didn't run too much on road. And If you see the condition is all good.

They took my car, clicked the pics and said we will look into the matter and will let me know.
On Sunday, the next day, I got the phone call by Mr. Pradeep the executive at the branch that so on so the reason and the part is not available and the approx cost would be 9500rs, kindly give the approval. I said what to do so I approved over the Whatsapp message. I have proof of all those messages. They said that the car will be kept for 6 days atleast as the part is not available. I agreed to it. But today I got the call by Mr. Pradeep saying that the car is ready and I need to collect the same. So, I asked them the revised amount. He said 9634 RS. I ASKED them to provide the invoice. The invoice total was also the same.

So, I left all my work and booked a cab and went the showroom with my son in slippers. Reached at closing time approx 6pm.

They said the car is ready. Kindly check the AC. I sat inside the car, the AC was working good. But to my surprise, Mr. Pradeep at the same time opened the bonet and something was smelling bad in the front portion.

I asked them whats this? HE SAID, THIS PORTION IS ALSO NOT WORKING AND IT HAS GOT LEAKAGE.
What is this?
I was called to the showroom saying car is ready and then I was told this. Why this was not told to me earlier?
When I asked questions they simply said pehle se hi hoga.
Agar pehle se tha toh aap logo ne bataya kyu nahi?? And I gave my car to them in a very good condition.
The car was with them since Saturday to till date and again I have left the car there only as I had NO CHOICE.

This is really very disappointing, disheartening and breath taking for me.
When they sent me the invoice asked me to take the car and in the end asking me that another part is not okay and required so so amount.
I was left with no option then to leave the car with them.
I had to spent approx 131 rs and 237rs travelling to and fro and wasting my time with no joy and no appropriate solution.

I REALLY LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR HELP. I TRULY BELIEVE THAT YOU PEOPLE WILL SUPPORT ME IN THIS. YOU SHOULD KNOW WHAT THESE GUYS ARE DOING AT THE GROUND LEVEL. ITS NOT JUST THE QUESTION OF MONEY BUT ITS MENTAL HARRASMENT TO ME. I NEED JUSTICE ASAP.
