[Resolved] Renault — My duster car | |||
Dear Mam, As you may kindly be aware that on 18.02.16 I had sent my Renault Duster no. HR10Y 6966 for service and necessary alignment to your service center at Maya Puri, Delhi. I received an estimate of Rs.9500/- from your service center, the copy of which is enclosed for your ready reference. Later, I got message that break shoe also need to be changed and the cost of which would be Rs.3000/-. I agreed and asked them to change the same if require. When I got the delivery of the vehicle from you on 18.02.16, I was told that you had carried out “full service”. The bill for this work was Rs.14250/-. After checking the invoice, I came to know that the charges for break shoe was charged twice. At one place it was mentioned as Rs. 3200/- and at other place it was mentioned as Rs.3800/-. I returned the invoice to the man who brought the car and immediately rang the adviser Mr. Anil Kumar to define the mistake done by their billing department. He ensured that rectified invoice will be given shortly. To my utter surprise when I drive the car after the service being done by you I found that no proper service was done and no alignment was made at all, the problem is still persist. I do not understand initially you had given me wrong estimate later submitted wrong invoice and above all, delivery of car was given without proper service & alignment. I tried to contact the adviser many times but not able to get the satisfactory answer. I am really disappointed with the service provided by you. First the inconvenience caused was immense because of wrong estimate & wrong invoice provided by you.
