[Resolved] Renault — my duster is in extended warranty. still service centre refused exchange | |||
Car no up14cj6430 had extended warrenty but still service center refused change in warrenty. Fan motor and fan shremmed. I working person can't fight and waste time and also they don't hv spare part in stock also. Which they will arrange. My whole day is wasted and getting cheated as well. I have kwid car and completed my first service. After completing 2000 kms run. It's very hard to down gear from 2nd to 1st. I mentioned the same to service engineer and he is mentioned that this issue can't be fixed (he is confirmed the hardness). I want to know the solution since it's hard and difficult in traffic areas.
