Renault — non refund of cancellation money

We, STEELMAN TELECOM PVT LTD. ([protected]) booked a Renault Duster RXZ Optional 110 PS car on 27.01.2015 at Renault Kolkata Central, Vibrant Motors Pvt Ltd, 225 AJC Bose Road, Kolkata - 700020. We paid an advance booking amount of Rs.10, 000/- (Ten Thousand Only) through NEFT Ref. No.[protected]. However, due to unavoidable reasons we had to cancel our booking. Thereafter we wrote to the above dealer to refund our booking amount but to no avail. Once again, on 22.4.2015 we had a telecon at Vibrant Motors but they once again did not give a positive reply. Please help us get our sum of Rs.10, 000/- which we are legally entitled to get.
