Facing an issue in obtaining the Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate for my vehicle, as the High Security Registration Plate (HSRP) details are not updated in the system, despite the plate being already installed.
Earlier, I had purchased/installed the HSRP through your authorized dealer, Crystal Automobiles, Ghaziabad.
However, I understand that the dealership has now closed its operations. Due to this, I am unable to contact them or get this issue resolved.
As a result, I am facing difficulty in getting my PUC certificate, which is mandatory for compliance with regulations. I am also unsure whom to approach now for resolving this matter.
I request you to kindly guide me on the appropriate contact point or arrange to update my HSRP details in the system at the earliest, so that I can obtain my PUC certificate without further delay.
