[Resolved]  Renault — not able to repair duster

Hello Sir / Madam,

My Renault Duster (TS09-ES-4080) was break down on 25th Dec December. For that I have raised a complain. vehicle was towed from location and transported to Kondapur Service Station (Hyderabad).
25th Dec: Duster - Break down
26th Dec: I went to service station. Mr Charan is allocated as service adviser. When I asked about the problem. He discussed with the technician. But he is not sure, which part is went wrong. He guessed that "Clutch master" is went wrong. The parts are not available to the service station and he told that he enquired in another service station (Uppal Branch - Hyderbad). Even he is unable to find the spare parts their also. He told to wait till Saturday. Problem is he is not sure about the issue and asking order for the parts, I have wait for 3-4 days. if issue is resolved then not an issue. If not then again, I have to wait for another couple of days.

31st : I had received update from Service adviser that after replacement of clutch master, still problem is persisting. He will get back on 1st.

Do you have any efficient technician who can identify the problem in car or are you working on Hit and Trail basis ?

Talked to the customer care, he is also helpless.
