[Resolved] Renault — not attending to service | |||
I am the owner of renault kwid bearing registration number tn 72 bc 7880. I have purchased the same from a. R. A. S., tirunelveli in tamilnadu. My vehicle is being maintained by the above dealer only and even just weeks back my vehicle was serviced by the above dealer for completion of 30, 000kms on road. While so, yesterday 30.03.2018 i happened to move to nanguneri with my family. On the move i was terribly shocked to feel that the accelerator of my vehicle failed. With no other go i stopped my vehicle in middle of the national highways road. Then i found that my car was even unable to start. Left with no other go i made a call to a. R. A. S., tirunelveli who was just 20 kms apart from where i was held up but in turn they refused to attend to my complaint that they will attend to calls only within 7km radius and advised me to call road assistance in[protected] who in turn answered that they could attend me only after 2 hrs. I was held up just 20 kms. Apart from tirunelveli and 2 hrs. Time for road assistance to attend me was really against natural justice. Then i waited for a period of 3 hrs. And since nothing surfaced left the place abandoning my vehicle. From the acts and deeds of the dealer a. R. A. S., tirunelveli and road assistance its quiet clear that you are not interested to maintain customer relationship with your customers. It is pertinent to note that private workshops are also at par equipped like you and is also ready to lend assistance 24 hrs. But on the other hand you meant to say that you can afford only regular services at high cost and quality but not responsible for any breakdowns irrespective of which ever place it might me. I am an advocate by profession and if this is the case with me then i could’nt imagine the quality of service which you would be rendering for a lay man. Kindly necessary action be taken and be informed to me at the earliest nor i would have to challenge your callous act before court of law and i would be thrust to expose your callous act to the general public.
