[Resolved] Renault — Not getting my booking amount of renault Kwid after 1month of time | |||||
I have cancelled Renault Kwid booking in Fatimanagr Pune on 18th December 2015 and today its 15th Jan 2016...I didnt get my booking amount back till now. I contacted many times in showroom, every-time they replied with different reasons like audit is going on, one director sign is remaining, dealership has been changed and just pushing check delivery week by week. Now after 5 weeks again Sales representative and showroom Manager are pushing it by 3 weeks by saying do whatever you want or you can do... what the bad experience RENAULT LEADERSHIP is giving to the consumers.. Its very bad sign and RENAULT management is directly or indirectly showing careless attitude for customers. If anybody is aware how to deal this RENAULT fraud transaction issue please connect me on [protected] or [protected]@hotmail.com.
