[Resolved] Renault — Online booking amount of bill not received | |
As per my previous complaint till date no reply from renault. Now my concern is i had done my booking online 2 times and total inr 10000 was debited from my account. I had purchased the 1.0rxt 447000 inr. But the bill they provided me of 437000inr As per jalandhar dealer he had not received online booking amount of 10000 inr and there are not giving me any written confirmation of this bill amount. Since it has been already 3 months passed when i paid the amount online. But they are not providing me bill of this amount. Why renault online process is so slow or dealers are not bother about the issue. Why after sale service is so pathetic? Why original rc not provided till date as it is close to over 2months?
