[Resolved]  Renault — Pickup & ac issue... Renault workshop not interested in solution

I wish to introduce to you as alok singhal (Chartered accountant) and i am writing this mail with huge disappointment and the reason for the same is that i believed on the name of "renault" but finally left with a poor (May be faulty) product.
i bought a renault kwid for my wife; i booked this car (Rxt model) with renault patparganj, new delhi on 5th september, 2015 (Even before the booking for kwid was officially open) as i was too excited. I was following up each & every bite about kwid since long time.
i got the delivery of this car on 30th october and i found few glitches in my car, few of the same are as follows:
1. If the ac is "on" and car is standing (E. G. On red light), car doesn't get pick up at all. Further cooling of the ac is well below par level in comparison to other cars in the same segment.
2. The gear box malfunction too often.
3. Fuel cap could not be opened from the cabin.
even after 7 visits (Details of all visits are at the bottom of this mail) to your noida service centre (Avia) only the last problem could be resolved. Though the pick issue on ac on mode is resolved a bit but the pickup & cooling is still very poor; needless to say gear box malfunctioning still continues.
i am not able to understand that whether your service people don't want to understand the problem or the car itself is a faulty one. I have tried my level best to get my problems resolved through the service centre but all went in vain. Last your service manager spoke to me 10 days back with no solution.

I wish to inform that based on my last complaint registered with the reference id[protected], my kwid has visited your workshop in noida on 8th may and delivered to me next day but this time your engineers made foll o[censored]s in very innovative way; my complaint was that if the ac is "on" and car is standing (E. G. On red light), car doesn't get pick up at all. Further cooling of the ac is well below par level in comparison to other cars in the same segment. Hence this time your engineers did some tuning in such way that as soon as the car is on standing position (E. G. On red light) the ac's compressor stops running and only blower runs and the compressor starts running immediately after the car starts running. Its so troublesome to sit in the cabin in this scorching heat with the blower only mode but renault has no concern with it.

Let me very candid & straight forward that i think either your team is completely reluctant/incapable to provide any solution or the car itself is faulty. If i get a solution to this in next 7 days then it fine else i would have to file a case against the company in a competent court in india.

I wish to mention here that i never expected such kind of poor product/service from the compant like renalut, i always maintained that european car are always better than rest of the world and have been using cars like palio & vento only but renault has shaken my confidence completely. I have lost my hope and if it continues like this i would be forced to change my plan of action.
