[Resolved]  Renault — Poor Service and No Product/Spare parts Availability

I Bought Renault kiger in March 2021. Recently there was an accident with an Auto and the left front of the vehicle got damaged . It was not a major accident but the service center representative told me that they will replace Bumper, head light and some other minor fixes. It was September 5th when vehicle transferred to Pune(Renault Chinchwad) Service Center and then insurance got approved on September 6th. I got to know that they have placed the order for spare parts on September 7th and it is coming from Chennai. Now it's been more than 2 weeks and still my car is in service center .Today I got to know that some parts has come and still some are missing from Order.
Now this is totally disappointing. Such an irresponsible work being done by Renault and its Service centers. By this time I am totally tired of this .

If I would have considered all the points before buying Renault car, I would get to know this kind of service from Renault and their service centers and never ever have considered to buy Renault. Even in future i will never suggest anyone to buy Renault vehicles due to this poor service management.

I want to request Renault to look into this and do needful because I can't leave my car in service center for lifetime and keep waiting.

same problem with my Renault Triber,
now i am waiting for my car repair from 4 month but still no luck .
service center giving me excuse every time like renault triber repair parts not available.
this company launched this car last year and now part not available???
