I am truly and utterly disappointed with the service work undertaken for my Duster (AP09CN0774).
Date of incident: 25/07/2016.
Description: I have had bad experiences with Autologic Ltd for the service done on my vehicle during the past 3 instances. Unfortunately, Renault does not have many service outlets in hyderabad so customers are forced to get the service done from such pathetic service centers. Anyways, I had given my vehicle for service to Autologic Ltd, Hyderabad on 22/07/2016. This was for general repairs and not a full service. I was promised vehicle delivery on 23/07/2016 in the evening. No one bothered to call me and let me know about the status of the work done, whether the vehicle was ready or not etc. I called the service center rep (Tarun) on 25/07/2016 and had to followup with him atleast 7 times in one day and later was told to come the next day for collecting the vehicle.
For the past few times I have given my vehicle to Autologic Ltd, I haven't received even a single call to check the vehicle performance and for service feedback.
I am somehow now regretting being a client of Renault india thanks to the poor service and poor management.
Feedback for Renault India - PLS HAVE SERVICE CENTERS OPENED IN PLACES ACCESSIBLE TO CUSTOMERS. NOT SOME PLACE FAR AWAY.
