[Resolved] Renault — problem not solved | |||
Hello First of all, i must congratulate renault to have beautiful cars with a good heart. Beautiful engines. I am using my renault pulse since 2012 and continuously serviced my car from divine renault nazafgarh road, moti nagar delhi. I was quite satisfied with the job. But this time i was not happy at all from the service centre, they have done routine service of my car in the month of dec 2017 and just 2 days after the service there was a problem of heating. Again i send the car and they told me there is a need of change of water pump, i agreed and paid 12000 inr to them after the repair. Just after one day, there is a jerk while starting the car, which was not at all there. I complained to the service center and they are now not agreed to anything and they misbehaved. Is this the renault management, i am very sorry to write this, kindly take action on this. I hope you will take action on this. Was this information helpful? | |||

Brought KWID on 19th Dec and since today we are tracking to showroom for number and assessors.
Sales person of Renault not at all responsible and we are calling daily to track it.
We are really fed up from this service.
Renault should take his car back and pay us the amount, we will never go for any Renault car henceforth.
