[Resolved]  Renault — Prolonged delay in work getting done

I own a metallic moonlight silver RxL DUSTER KL 04 AE 3037 2013 MODEL. The vehicle got banged from the rear by an ambassador car in nov 2016 and have caused minor dent on the rear boot door. I had given the vehicle to TVS &sons adichira, M.C road, kottayam, kerala for repair .I had gone there after one week finding that the vehicle was not attended.Then they asked why i had to use the insurance for such a samll work.Then this stupid idea of changing the colour to dark metallic bottle green came to me and also to fix armour change head lights, alloy wheels, michelin tyres etc. They told me that the work will be over by 3wks once i submit the approval certificate for changing colour from RTO, and the same was submitted on jan 21.Somewhere in mid JAN i went to check the status and the vehicle was found in the same place as it was when it was initally parked.No work was done.Went there on jan 28 it was lying in the painting room parly done and i asked the painting person when he received the vehicle and he replied he received the car only 2-3 days back.Many at times they would give me lame excuses like paint was not available or the person in charge had flu and had not come for work.Then thay started telling me car will be ready by next week for qiute some time.Finally i got fed up and asked them to give a date and the final date was[protected].i contacted them on[protected] to check the status and they told everything is ready and will deiver on monday. I went there on[protected] to find my vehicle in pathetic state, Nothing was ready.Then one person said it will be ready by evening.I met the manager of the body shop he told the work will be ready by tomorrow and when i asked him reason for the delay he didnt have any answer.iam sure this person is not fit for that post .Really depressing . .Another fortnight my vehicle will be rotting in that place for a record time of 3mths.It was a major mistake giving my vehicle in the wrong place to the wrong hands.Iam sending you the photograph of the car which was taken on[protected]yesterday). another thing i wanted clarification was that they told painting charges will be near Rs 80000/- and in the bill it is written as Rs 60000/- for accidental labour.My email id on the printed bill is a wrong one.why????
