[Resolved]  Renault — rc book issued

My name is buvaneswari. We bought a triber car in madurai showroom in tamilnadu. But they are not hand over to my rc book even 3months. I asked but they said muthu selvam marketing man is paid my extended warranty but we are not need the extended warranty but he said it's compulsory so that i paid he said. Muthu selvam said to me when will you giving that money in that time only i issue your rc book. I said i don't want any extended warranty. But he said rc in my home i never give you. Show room manger was also no response. Pls help us
