My name is sourav kumar singh.. I book a kwid rxt (0.8ltr) for rs. 5000 on 13.04.2017 from rani talab branch bhagalpur bihar. Booking detail the name of customer prashant kumar singh, mr page no 138. Because of some financial issue on 15.04.2016 i told them to cancel my booking, but they are nothing to care for customer. This is the first i am hearing about a cancelation charges.
