[Resolved] Renault — refund of my token money | |||
I vinay verma has given token money for car booking of renault kwid in 2016 31st december, the amount given was 10000 rs by chaque, but due to my offstay from thane mumbai i am not in position to go further for my car booking, during my offsatay from thane i contacted the executive and expressed my inability to go further and asked him about my money he told me that the amount will be refunded to you when you come with a application about cancellation, i visited thrice to genex motor patlipada thane but they are not handling the situation properly and giving excuses everyday that come tomorrow person is not available e.
