[Resolved]  Renault — reg. mismatch of paint color

My car had met with an accident 30.10.2019 near Walajah while traveling from Bangalore to Chennai. I dropped my vehicle at Renault Vellore M/s. Selvam Ravi Motors Pvt Ltd. No 1-91, Bangalore-Chennai highway, Vellore, TN and asked you to service the above vehicle [ Renault Duster REX, 1598cc, Slate Grey].

When I collected the vehicle from you on [30.11.2019], I was told that you had carried out a “full service”, had diagnosed and had put these rights.

On the very next day [1/12/2019], I observed the change/fault in vehicle paint, rendering the vehicle to look very odd.

The [Renault Vellore Selvam Ravi Motors Pvt Ltd.] whom I called out to inform that there is fault in the paint work done, but they immediately refused and said according to their opinion the fault [Paint] which they had done was perfectly alright and said that if any changes has to be made I have bring my car back to the showroom. But they had my car for over a month in the name of service and due to lack of negligence they committed a mistake and were not ready to accept it.

Given that I use my car on a daily basis and I was many kilometres away from your show room and cannot travel back again that far I requested them to do the required changes regarding the paint in the nearby showroom. I had no option but instead to ask them this need to have the necessary work carried out in an easy way.

But despite asking them so much for this need they denied my request and were very arrogant with hopeless behaviour.

Also I had complained to customer support, but they supported their dealers and they don’t want customer satisfaction.

Hence I request each and everyone to not go for Renault.

Buying a car is not important, service also matters.
