[Resolved] Renault — reg. my rc book and service of renault karnavati, ahmedabad | |||||
I have purchase renault kwid 1.0 from renault karnavati, maninagar east at 5th april 2017. I have very bad experience from the dealer. I have purchase this car under my wife name and submitted all documents regarding same under name of kinjal ankit shah. However, they have made mistakes and write my wife's before marriage names in all documents and when i asked for this mistake to company, they said, it was done by mistake ans we will change it once rc book arrived. I have got car's number plate 2 months before; however, my rc book has not been arrived yet and when i asked for help to dealer they do not provide positive reply to me. All times your representatives call me and said, please dont complaint if call comes from our head office, we will resolve your all issues but no one helps me then. Please help me.
