My name is Malkam Joseph. I am an old Duster Rxl owner. I book a KWID for Rs. 2000 on 21.04.2017 from Calicut branch in kerala. Because of some financial issue on 26.04.2016 i told them to cancel my booking, that time they are telling about cancellation charges for the immediate cancellation. Its more than Rs. 1000. This is the first i am hearing about a cancelation charges. And i am very ashamed of your services.

In my new bought renault kwid autogear the horn is not working (manufacturing fault) when i sent that to workshop they said part will bd replaced anc its around 10days but still no part replaced. Its so pathetic, never expected this from such a big name.
