[Resolved]  Renault — Regarding extended warranty certificate

Sir I have purchased the Renult kwid car @trident Renult Whitefield on the date 27/03/2016 bearing number ka-03mx-8251 on the name of Asho kgowda H R.sir I have paid the extended warranty amount at time of purchase as per their instructions, but till date I dint get the extended warranty certificate. whenever I asked them they use to tell me server down and it will come wait .pls look in to this issue
