[Resolved] Renault — regarding scratch on the rear gate of driving side during transit after handing the company nominated representative. | |||
Reference - complain no[protected], in reference to above mention subject several complaint / concerned as been raised by me for different kinds of problems. With great sorrow I have to inform you about the non cooperative attitude of Mr Sujit verma Service manager & their service team at bodyshop of Brijnandan Patna East. They are not ready to accept the scratches caused on my rear gate of driving side during transit after handing over my accidental car to companies nominated representative at accident site. The same can be Ensured from photograph & video recording of my car made by me at the time of handing over my car to companies representative. As i felt that any further damage/scratch caused to the car in transit should be the responsibility of company & that should be resolved on companies cost. The video & photo is being send to you which is sufficient enough to prove that their is no scratch on the rear gate of the driving side . Myself being a middle class central government servent & have arranged a small car for my family on bank loan. It is my bad luck that i opted for renault companies car which has the ever worst after sales policy . On the basis of my after sales service experience I will never suggest to any person to purchase renault companies car . Again i will request your forum to kindly look into the matter so that intrest of the middle class consumer is saved & prevented by being exploited by big company like renault.
