[Resolved] Renault — Renault assured insurance renewal servicing - pathetic and utterly unprofessional | |||||
Dear sir / madam I purchased my renault kwid last year from moti nagar showroom on 31st march and this year when my insurance was dew for renewal, i was approached by renault assured to assist. I handed over the cheque for renewal on 27th march after discussion with your executive ms. Amardeep and got the insurance document. After cross confirmation with renault, i got to know after a week that my amount is still not deducted due to unknown reasons. Now i was asked to get my car inspected since insurance was already expired. However it wasn't fault my end still i obliged. My car photos were taken on 10th april but still i am waiting for further proceedings from your end. Miss amardeep ([protected]) is not picking up the call and [protected] is not providing any progressive update. I was not sure in the beginning about how renault assured would operate since it was my first interaction for insurance renewal with you but i am sad to report that it was utterly unprofessional and nowhere close to customer centric. Your claim to provide instant policy insurance plainly stands false and i am surprised if getting policy renewed from your organization is so painful, how you are going to interact in case if there would be requirement for claim settlement. I am definitely sure that it can not be hassle free at all. In the times of such intense competition, servicing marks a huge impact on customer's mind. Social presence of customers and word of mouth can make or break a brand's presence and if this is the way you are going to manage your customers, its not going to be a long life for renault assured.
