[Resolved]  Renault — Renault Captur Dec 2019 - Fuel Injector Failure

Renault Captur[protected] KMS Run, Recently underwent Third Free Service with a RSA and extended warranty.

Date - May 4th 2022-

Was travelling from Goa to Bangalore and Renault Captur[protected] KMS Run stopped due to injector failure @ Anmod Ghat section NH748. We were stranded and with great difficulty the vehicle was moved to side of road. RSA team was approached but due to lack of communication and cordination assistance for tow was arranged after 5 long Hours, absolutely lonely place ( Scary ) The RSA team were confused about the location of Service center and also they failed to keep up promises and misleading information just to convince situation. Cab services were not arranged and we had to travel in the tow vehicle to service center.

Service personal at Verna Renault were very humble and respectfull as they spent time beyond working hours to help.New Injectors were out of stock and the service center and all they poor people could do is to swap from a old vehicle just a temporary solution to reach our destination and r courier old part after replacing with new. I am seriously thank full to them.

My concern is how do i trust this Renault product - what if it fails over again, and also what about my expenses that occurred during the tragic incident. Are they no value for the money that i spent purchasing a premium product with all assistance and later to face such issue.

I need justice for this, from the day one i feel the product delivered is not of top notch quality. Initially the same vehicle info system flickers and the Auto carplay malfunctioned and i visited ten times ending to bear with no solution. Now again vehicle is in warranty still components are failing, what if its out of warranty, will i not hurt my pockets. Who can ensure the quality of this whole vehicle, it is even so scaring to recommend any body the product. I doubt this vehicle will run long as i will end up hitting service center regular basis.

I feel i am fooled as customer over sales, I have a 16 year old car Lancer, Honda city it has never made me strand like this.

Engine failure in short duration and low KMS is really bad.

If Renault is like this @ 5000 Kms imagine what all may fail when it hits double figures.

My humble request is please take back the product and return my hard earned money. I feel i have opted a wrong product and have occurred a huge loss. I completely lost confidence and trust over Renault.
Ill go for better products that sustains longer and have better customer value.

Over again for the second time Renault Captur Dec 2019 - Fuel Injector Failed.

I was travelling back from Kerala to Bangalore on 18th March 2023, and Renault Captur - Broke down near Vazhikadavu ghat and I was stranded for 4 hours until RSA arrived reached to tow my car to Renault authorised service station at Malappuram. It was such an unexplainable trauma where I had to reach them wait in that soaring hot 40 Degree temperature for support.
Shamelessly board the towing truck and reach service station, drop the car and reach back home late night. My travel was delayed until Renault Malappuram service team replaced the Faulty Injector (Second Time) and delivered on Tuesday 21st 2023.
While travelling back to Bangalore i encountered similar symptoms of injector was about to fail but luckily reached home. Symptoms like Vehicle loosing Torque, Friction, Felt engine would go off, exterme acceleration to gain momentum, latargic behaviour has already started and i am sure next trip again Injector will blow off.

Shamelessly over again asking Renault why you cheated me offering a substandard failure vehicle. This is happening straight for second time, which itself compromises your product quality and why should i go through this over again, are there no value for the money paid. is that you are least bothered as you meet sales and not after sales. I demand a compensation and I won't mind fighting this out legally.

Renault complaint call center bunch is been gathering information and doing nothing, instead they are trying to push the blame on service center who offered help. Your product is at the fault and why do you blame service centers.

I am fed up running around, please take your product back and return my money please.
