[Resolved] Renault — Renault Cheating customers with false promises of delivery in delay of kwid car | |||
Dear Sir/madam, i have booked a kwid car with receipt no:: 3577 at the location:: Dee Dee Cars Pvt Ltd, 1-C, Tyagi Road, Dehradun- 248001(Uttrakhand) and at the time of booking they told me that they will deliver the vehicle on January end or Mid February, but i have't received any call from the sales person or even from show room, after making calls to sales person and show room.. they keep on saying differents dates that too not proper. they are cheating customers that too with careless words. I am hoping that you will help all the customers whoever facing the issues like me and take necessary actions again Renault and its dealership with rude behavior and cheating of customers... i have booked a kwid RXLcar with receipt no:16000124 at the location rajahmundry, booking date is 3/02//2016.but i have't received any call from the sales person or even from show room, after making calls to sales person and show room.. they keep on saying different dates .
