[Resolved]  Renault — renault duster amt gear issue

I purchased a renault duster amt in 2016...in aug 2018 i hd visited kun renault service and complained on gear stuck issue at 3/4th gear and 50-60kmph.. They did service and said its all ok and asked me to drive back

The fault was occuring every now and then and i had to find time to visit again in dec 2018 and registered same issue... That time also they pooh poohed it and said its drivable and let me go
On jan 13th 2019 the vehicle while driving on a busy highway at 70kmph stopped moving.. Abrubtly - all our family was in car and god saved from any mishaps...

Had to tow the car 80km to nearest puducherry renault. They took a week to identify the issue as they did not know and found clutch actuator was to be fault and to replace the cost is rs 26000.

Now the car is out of warranty and i have to bear all cost. I have raised the initial symptom of this in aug 2018 when it was in warranty and it was not fully cleared up and the same aggravated to such mechanical failure.

Renault india and kun renault was contacted and both denied to support for this and i even requested to bear 50% as they had been contacted while in warranty and i will take the 50% as its currently out of warranty.

Both failed to support me for this and said no - i am not happy with renault cars and its credibility after this.
The worst thing after all this is that kun renault sr. Cre says i did not bring car after aug.. Than accepting the claim and working to resolve.
Rahul arya from renault clearly states and repeats - out of warranty and cant help.
Renault fb support page - says please wait for update indefnitely..

Useless renault - will advise anyone not to buy this brand..

Need to legally deal with both as its very easy for them to say no... And not take any blame.
