Renault — renault duster awd safety and quality issue on clutch plate and fly wheel - reg.

This is regarding my complaint on clutch plate safety and quality issue (Ref. No:[protected]. I'm not satisfied with the mediocre response from renault customer support and anamalais motors private limited. I'm requesting you for the replacement or refund for this product.
I'm not sure how you are seeing my issue. This is serious to me. This is a car of price tag 16.5 lacs and it costs another 53000 for mere 3000kms range. And all you guys could do is blaming my drive style without addressing the issue properly.
Let me elaborate what happened on the incident date. On 18/10/2019 i was returning from hospital, within 3km range, smoke developed under bonnet, we were worried that car would catch fire and stopped instantly to check. Then we handed over the car to anamalais motor private ltd. For inspection. Since then i'm only following the status of my vehicle. There was no proper communication from them. After i enquired many time, they told me that the issue was with clutch plate burnout and flywheel. They further added that these items won't come under warranty, and that i have to pay 50000 for the repair.
The car is just 4 months old and the odo is at only 2700+ kms. The service manager asked me to send a mail on the issue and he would communicate the renault technical team regarding this. And he replied that renault had disagreed this as manufacturing defect and they haven't faced any issue like this on other products delivered. But i strongly suspect that my car is a faulty product, since purchase i have not done any modification or adjustment on clutch or clutch lever. Now i come to know from the service manager they also didn't do anything with the clutch on the first service. Then all i could think of only is this clutch is a defective product or it is assembled such a way to wear out quickly and burn.
How am i liable to this faulty product. The service manager and co ordinator tried to preach me on clutch driving, the co ordinator told me that he had seen almost 50 cases on 500km range clutch failure on renault kwid on first time drivers. If he had told me this prior i would have picked tata harrier over renault duster. I'm well aware of clutch driving and the consequences, i'm not a new driver and i've been driving for last 12 years. And of course i didn't purchase 5 lakh kwid but so called best built off-road vehicle (Duster). As i've told them this they are telling this as special case and they would communicate renault for discounted rate on repair. Why should i pay the price unnecessarily.
Renault representative repeatedly told me, all fault is on my driving style and road condition only. If you still doubt my driving style, i request you to provide me another car and try me for 3000 kms (Or whatever range you suggest) and prove me as i'm not a qualified driver.
Regarding road condition, you are marketing this car as all terrain vehicle. Still i hadn't taken this car for long drive, and i barely drove in traffic. I have not even started the purpose of this purchase.
How am i supposed to fit my head into the clutch assembly to assure it is assembled properly?
On what scale you measure the quality of clutch plates and flywheel?
If there is no warranty or specific limit how can i be confident that it won't wear within next 3000kms?
Where is the safety aspect? When we reached the service centre at the time of incident every one around the car got panicked, as like the car would blast.
What if the car had caught fire after the smoke and we got injured?
I've lost total trust on this car. So again i'm requesting you for the replacement or refund for this product.
I need your immediate response, don't try to make conference call with the anamallai's service dealers again, it's of no use as they have admitted they had tried their level best on this issue and it is totally on renault's decision. And there is no proper response through out the follow up process. Especially ther is a customer relationship manager mr. Hari babu. The renault customer service tried to arrange a conference call with him, he didn't pick the call. We received his mobile number ([protected]) from the representative, and we called him many times. He was either busy or won't pick our calls. There's still not even a single reply came from him yet.
