Hey Aayush! I am facing similar issues with my new duster 110 PS AMT purchased on 29.4.16. It pulls towards left from day one, and there is no solution despite three visits to the workshop!!! On 23.5.16 they had the cheek of telling me that there is no problem in the car!! The same team at NCR motor Gurgaon, and the Renault people, as mentioned by you, are making a mockery of all o[censored]s. Its an organized Fraud. I have given them a legal notice and am taking the issue to statutory authorities including police, Registrar of COmpanies, Ministry of Commerce and Industry and others. We must protect people from becoming victims of Duster!!
Anyone wanting to buy Duster, please feel free to contact me and take a test drive on my car before purchasing!!

Hi,
I have the exact same problem and saw numerous people posting the similar left pull issue with new duster. Mine is 110PS 2016 model, manual. The service centre in Chennai had the checks done by fitting the following parts from another vehicle and comparing the test drive of both my vehicle with replaced parts and the other vehicle fitted with my car parts.
1. Lower control arm
2. Steering rack
3. Both left and right suspension struts
4. numerous time aligment
5. numerous time interchange of tyres
6. Interchange of brand new tyres
and finally, the technical team from Renault company concluded that the car is found to be in perfect normal condition and with the issue still persisting. They have also concluded that it is normal for duster vehicle to pull left after 10 days of R&D where literally all major parts were liberally removed and fitted. I was finally given a test drive vehicle that is driven 7k kms to test drive and I found the vehicle also pulls left but not as dangerous as my car which in 2-3 seconds pulls to sharp left. The left pull had left my right shoulder with snore muscle pain in long drives and have stopped going for long drives since then
I also hear a weird clunk/knock metal snapping sound, which is very loud and could be heard by all in the passenger cabin even with music on. This was issue from very beginning of car purchase and there is no root cause diagnosed by any of the service centres.
In less than 2 years and with 16k kms in odometer, wheel bearing gave in and is also replaced.
Its seems a glaring issue with Renault duster cars but Renault is reluctant or ignoring to seriously look into this issue. I'm very worried as any other Renault duster customer of the safety of the car. Renault customer care, please dont be ignorant as one off issue to neglect, this is serious issue and any accident due to this issue will soon spoil the brand reputation for what is other known as robustly built capable car
