[Resolved] Renault — Renault duster technical issue complaint. | |||
I would like to raise a complaint for the vehicle, renault duster, i Purchased on 05/04/2016. Within 20 days, i began to experience the Following problems related to the vehicle: 1. On 25/04/2016, car stopped in middle of the road, its has been Picked up in lorry and taken for service. This happened at Kallambalam. They picked the vehicle in morning and got it delivered At evening. Issue reported from service center: ic spoiled. 2. On 13/05/2016, power steering stopped in the middle of main road. This happened when i was travelling with my family to madurai. My Family was with me that includes my parents, wife and kids. At 7pm This happened. The people who were standing there helped to shift the Vehicle from main road. Suddenly we informed the customer service, They picked the vehicle next day morning and they took another one day To deliver the vehicle after repairing. We had to stay the whole day In one hotel waiting for the vehicle to get it delivered. I have Uffered a great deal of personal hardship and emotional distress. Issue reported from service center: after they checked the vehicle at Ervice center, they told that there is no problem. Service invoice: serinvclmdjb1730523 3. On 15/05/2016, at high range, while taking u turn at thekkady, the Clutch broken and the liver went down. This incident happened at 5:30pm, no one was there to help us to move the vehicle to the road Ide. We managed to move the vehicle some how.Informed the customer Care and they reached to pick the vehicle at 12:30pm. Till that time i Was waiting in the road with my family. The place was unknown to me And no body was there to help us. Issue reported from service center: Service invoice: I was very excited to purchase your product, but my experience has Turned out very poorly. I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with Your product. I would appreciate it if you could organise to replace The vechicle or refund the amount. As i am sure you can appreciate, i Rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this Problem has also caused me to incur additional cost. I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the Matter is not satisfactorily resolved at the earliest, i will consider Taking further action to resolve the complaint through consumer court.
