I bought my car new from Renault Egypt
and i am always make the car maintenace at Renault Egypt but every time i make the car servies they dont change the oil of the gearbox.
I am a member of Renault fluence club Egypt group on facebook and i discussed this issue with the members of this Renault fluence owners group.
its seems that alot of Renault owners have the same servies problem with Renault Egypt.
two days ago i heard a voice down the car and suddenly the gearbox not responding at the D position its only responding on R position only.
I toke my car to Renault maintenance servies to check whats the problem with my car they told me they will check it and will call me after the weekend.
The called me and say we are sorry the Gearbox is Damage and i need to buy a new one!!!
i told them you never change the oil of Gearbox its your problem not mine.
they answer that the car is out of Guarantee!!!and they cant help me!!!
My car is only used 100800 km and the gearbox is damage!!!??

Dear chairmen of renault France
Any car the most important in it is the gearbox and motor.
What is the value of a car without Gearbox can stand 100800 km???
please help me to Cross this serious problem.
