[Resolved]  Renault — renault kwid

Hi team,

Still i am not getting any solution for repair of my faulty car. Renault has gave me faulty car in the name of offer of 15 k last year october 2017.. Every part of car is defected and from the date of purchased of my car i file an complaint and renault team just keep it for 7 days and return it back without any solution.

Now i think that renault has not caliber to repair my car and its worst service that renault has provided to their customers, they make their customer fool & cheat.

Yes, Your Team is in touch with us but for different part of car they said different person is authorised. Is there any designation in the Renault who is responsible for whole car or customer has to deal with different people for different concern. As per communication this time person is handling only central locking and I don’t know who is handling AC and Door noise problem. Is it that criteria in the Renault that for every concern there is some new person as there are many parts in the car is faulty so what should I do

Yes car has been delivered to me but it’s very disappointing that still there is an noise in my front right door. Again they keep it my car for 4-5 days and then delivered it to me as previous. No body is ready to take this issue seriously and Renault is only waiting to complete one year of the car so that after that period is they will free to give any answer.

What a bad service given by Renault team even on complaint no one even bothered about it and they even don’t give a single call to the customer. No one in the Renault who is taking responsible for complaint. I strongly recommend not to buy Renault to everyone

Company didn’t take any steps even they are not bothered about it as they know that it’s all customer who had to suffer not the company. Very bad service by urban clap and will never do any booking from this site in future

This is the same problem we are facing with our Kwid. They take the car for more than a week every single time and the car comes back with problems that remain unresolved.
