Dear sir, I am the registered owner of renault kwid 1000 ltr bearing the reg. No. Kl.25j.4280. I entrusted the vehicle to trivandrum service centre for painting a small scratch on the left back door and solving minor complaints. They demanded 5 days for returning the vehicle from[protected]. But they took 12 days. While returning the vehicle, painting is damaged and there is no perfect finishing for the painting. Moreover when the vehicle starts, a missing is there which was not there while entrusting the vehicle. Also when the gear is shifted from first to second, the gear is tight sometimes and it is a big task while driving in traffic. Also the fuel gauge is not showing the exact measurement while the complaint was informed them before the vehicle is getting serviced. Moreover they levied huge amount for the painting of a small piece of work with adjustment of the surveyor of the insurance company. They imposed more than rs.23000 by claim and cash. While returning the vehicle at my place, they didn't returned the r. C book and other documents excusing that they forget to take them. The above mentioned documents is returned on 5-5-2018 through courier service while the vehicle was returned on[protected]. We bought the vehicle by faith on the goodwill of the vehicle manufacturers company 'renault' and your dignity of the services provided. But i got a bitter and worst experience from your service providers. So i request you to immediately find the remedies for solving the problems of the vehicle. Otherwise we are forced to move to further legal proceedings and institute a case against the company and the service centre through the consumer redressal forum, kollam. Yours' faithfully, Ambily.
