Hi, Renault bhopal is doing fraud .They are asking extra 3500 rupees. 2000 for some city transfer and 1500 for driver charge. This is open fraud by them.When i called to chenni team then they took bhopal renault dealer on con-call with me.After lengthening our conversation, chenni customer care executive told to bhopal executive that you are doing wrong with customer and should not pay you extra 35000 rupees, please handover his car .Then bhopal executive have no words and she literally ran away by giving excuse that i need to talk my sales team and deliver it.But since then no action done. I email this issue to md and ceo(Sumit shenoy) but till now no action .Even md carlos forwarded my email to customer care department then also situation is as it is. I am planning to go for some other car because if renault is not even taking action when there md carlos is forwarding my email to take action then we can imagine after sales service and reliability of this new car which is not proven yet . Thanks Renault for resolving this issue . Now dealer will not take 3500 extra amount from me.
Now dealer is asking for logistic charges (5000 rupees) to bringing car from manufacturing unit to showroom(where car booked) .
Car is standing in Indore(different city) and to bring it from Indore to Bhopal driver will bring it by driving around 220 km.
In this case I wont get fresh car, its almost driven 220 km.You are taking this logistic charges to bring fresh car from manufacturing unit to showroom where customer has booked his car.
When I raised this point to dealer(Sumit jadav-executive) he again started shouting on me and said I'll give it to some other customer .He also said that I have informed about this case to Ceo sumit shenoy and we cant provide you fresh car.
He also threatened me that I am only the one in bhopal for Renault and be careful while raising any complain against me.
I am really now concerned by such threats .Please resolve .
