[Resolved] Renault — renault kwid: pathetic car and pathetic services | |
I purchased renault kwid in october 2016. The no of my vehicle is up32 hh 9812. Within one month of purchase problem of engine oil leakage started, when brought to service centre (Near indira canal, lucknow, up), the employee there said that the lid below is broken and it will be changed although there was no accident or collision. Besides when i was on my way to office in december same year, the car again broke down, gear was not working at all. Again my vehicle was brought to service centre, the employee said that there was some manufacturing defect and the whole gear box will be replaced. They kept my car for atleast 20-25 days and then said that gear box has been changed (Jan 2017 within 2-3 months of purchase). After 3-4 months again i noticed that gear was still not functioning smoothly. Again i took my car to service centre (This time to new service centre near bithauli, sitapur road, lucknow). There when i narrated the whole history of vehicle to the employee there, he checked my vehicle and told me that the gear box was never replaced and i was cheated. Again i went to the previous service centre and when i complained about this, realising the seriousness and consequence of their fraudulent act, they replaced my gear box (As told by them) within 2-3 days in june 2017. After some time clutch plate of vehicle was also replaced. Then second time again leakage of engine oil started and again the lid below was broken. For safety purpose i purchased engine guard to avoid this problem again and again. A week before, on 23 september 2019, when i was on my way to office my car again broke down and again gear was not working at all. Till date, my car is at service centre and somehow i m going to my office bearing expenses of my daily convence. Besides, the employee called me and told me that some bolt and wire has to be replaced, and that i 'll have to pay around 5000 to 6000. Within 3 years of purchase of car i have faced so many problems with this vehicle, not only this, so much money is also wasted. Can you expect such a pathetic experience with a new car? Every time the problem arises in gear box since the purchase of this vehicle. I m tired and frustrated of getting my car repaired again and again in the service centre for long durations. I facing serious problem with my car. I m very much disappointed with this vehicle and i will take further action if my problem is not sorted out. Was this information helpful? | |
