[Resolved] Renault — renault pathetic service | |||||
Last 10 months back i bought kwid from yelahanka show room, bengaluru. I have given car to service, they found some defects even-though i have warranty renault service executives forced to claim the insurance (My uncle is uneducated) so he was made to agreed.in the month of may 2017 i have given to service after 10 days insurance process finished, but till now trident service didn't touch the car for service, every week we met the service engineer he was keep on lagging by saying silly reasons, on 20th of july 2017 i have visited the service center one of the service engineer take the initiative but he reveals this issue is minor its hardly took 3 days of work and he questioned another service engineer in front of me.
