[Resolved]  Renault — renault service station is unable to solve my car problems

For last one year, my renault duster has gone to service station more than 8 times for just solving two problems and the problems are still not fixed.

Problem 1: the battery draining after three days of car not being used. This happened soon after i upgraded my multi-media system in the car to include reverse camera. I paid 12, 000 and changed battery twice. Finally, they put back my original system with some local rear view based rear camera. But the batteries are still draining.

Problem 2: two warning lights are glowing orange and my car has already been to service station 4 times and i have paid more than 26, 000 inr for various things including replacement of inter-cooler hose pipe.

The service people are unable to solve both problems. They are also unwilling to give me the contact details of concerned people in reanult office.

What should i do? Should i go to the consumer court?
