Dear Sir/Madam,
I would be grateful to you if you could please help me in resolving a recurring issue with a new car that I purchased from Leal and company limited on the 10th January 2022.
The car had issues of loosing acceleration while driving.
The car went there for repairs on the following dates:
1. 10.03.22 and was returned the day after that is the 11.03.22.
2. The car was involved in accident on the 13.03.22 due to this mechanical issue, the car was returned on the 28.04.22.
3. On the 02.05.22 the car had the same issue and was sent back for repairs and was returned on 16.05.22
4. The car broke down on the 18.05.22 and was returned on 21.05.22
5. Today 23.05.22 the car experienced same issue.
The car is supposed to be under warranty of 5 yrs or 150, 000 kms but leal keep trying to fix it but can't seem to find the problem.
