I bought Renault Triber RXZ on May 3rd from Renault Kumbakonam and it ran around 1500kms as of Sept 12. We travelled to a village and thought of coming back after 2 hrs. After 2 hrs, we were trying to start the vehicle by Brake + Start button but was not able to start the vehicle on Sept 12th midnight and it displayed a message like 'Turn + Start' in dashboard. I never received that kinda message till date. We parked the vehicle nearby home since we didn't recieve any RSA support or technician support at that late night. Then next day recovery vehicle came and dropped into Renault Mayiladuthurai service centre. After that, technician analysed the issue but couldn't find root cause. So they connected with other team members and found that the issue and ordered the replacement parts. On Sept 26, they said they received the ordered parts and you can take your vehicle the next day. On Sept 27, that again called and said the ordered parts were wrong and irreverent to my vehicle. It's been 15 days since I dropped my vehicle to service centre. But didn't get any proper resolution as of now.
