Dear Renault team, I finished 1st year service & Bodyshop recently for Renault Scala model. However all the time service team did completed in full. Bluepaunk touch screen was fixed with camera adjustment. Whenever reverse gear is applied camera used to on automatically. After service, your team asked me to contact showroom but showroom gave me vendor number. Until now problem is not resolved. I felt no accountability. Please help to rectify the problem.
