I purchase a new Renault kwid car I feel very delight but the service disappointed me a lot it was the bad experience of my life ever I went for the first service at Renault service station atul Kataria chowk Gurgaon I book a appointment 3 days in advance still II have to wait for 1 hrs No one attend s me When they attend me they took 5 hrs for servicing still do not vaccum the car I say them again and again but they don't notice I say them for programming and alignment but they don't do anything they give my car as it is just washing it Don't do anything If I knew I never ever opt for Renault Very bad experience ever I must post my experience on fb and WP also Bad experience of my life ... I say them again and again if this the way u treat ur customer I felt guilt on purchasing a Renault Very lazy staff... Completely disappointed with Kwid poor mileage & faulty very poor mileage after running for two months, it has dropped to 15km /litre which is worst than maruthi 800. Faulty dashboard, total trip distance and actual distance varies every time some illogical values. Acceleration only in 2-3 gears for pick up. If vehicle slow and in fourth gear it will never pick the speed.. Iwas having expectations on renault Built KWID but for all ...it is advised not to go for KWID car...waste of money and left with bad memories. Vishal Sharma Was this information helpful? | |||
