[Resolved] Renault — service related | |||
Dear renault india, This is guru madhav from chennai! I’m also renaultian since december 2015 where i made my first mistake. My few of friends has recommended to get a renault and they explained about brand value and their services in europe. But in india, i bought new renault kwid 0.8 liter version on dec 2015. When i gave my second free service to renault omr khiviraj show room, i mentioned the following problems. • gear sifting issue while shifting the 1st to 2nd gear some heavy noise is getting generated — not been resolved • clutch noise — not been resolved • glove box not closing properly-earlier replaced 1 times — solved not surety for the future. • brake shoe noise — not been resolved • the horn doesn’t sound well while travelling above 50km speed. — resolved They were not rectified all my problems. They called after the service for rating i gave good rating but i said about unresolved issues too, so they said next service they will do better than previous service. Then i gave the third service they can't able to resolve the above mentioned issues. Hence i changed my services center omr khiviraj to power renault. I gave 30 + services to power renault. Same issues i mentioned to the service team. They can't able to resolve my issues. They are indirectly mentioned these problems will not be resolved kind of. So asususal they sent back my vehicle to my home because of my needs. Now, 2 nd of the november they took my vehicle from my home for 40 k service. I mentioned the below issues, • clutch noise issue. • gear sifting issue while shifting the 1st to 2nd gear some heavy noise is getting generated - second gear shifting noise • horn doesn’t sound well. • fog lamp is not glowing. They identified some synchronization issues found in gear box so it is making noise while changing the second gear. So they decided to change the gearbox. 1. My question is why they can't find the issue when i raised initially? 2. Why it is occurring so early? What is the quality standard is maintained by firm? I gave my car on 42749 km. From my home to service center-21 km. Now the car odo meter shows 42814 as per the service person statement. Literally, they used 44 km for testing purpose. After changing the gear box service people need to travel 40 km to check gear box efficiency? So why should i bear the fuel cost for gear box inefficiency? Now they are ready to send back my vehicle to home. But fuel level is very low. So they are saying that, they will fill the fuel and add the fuel cost into bill or service executive asking for petrol cost separately. I said i can't bear any fuel cost for change of the gear box. Then he said he will discuss with his manager mr. Keshav rao from power renault kattupakkam. After discussed with his manager he said, if i won't bear the fuel cost i have to go there and get my vehicle. This is ridiculous. Is this level of the worst customer service how can the organisation can liberate the customers. Even how can i suggest my friends, colleagues and families etc. And another part is i got the bill through whats app. Labor cost is more than spare part cost. Was this information helpful? | |||
