[Resolved] Renault — silk board renault | |||||
This is to inform you that i bought kwid 1.0 from silkboard renault (Trident auto) last month. There are several issues which are still unaddressed and the way employees behave is not very professional. Few points i would like to highlight (1) the car is satisfactory and i am really happy owning the car so far. (2) date of delivery was not appropriate.. Several back and forth on the date due to several issues and had to face a lot of inconvenience. (3) was promised roof rail and some additional fittings (Free as an offer from renault) which was not not fulfilled at the time of delivery. (4) i requested for for some additional fittings for which i was ready to pay but was not done even after sevaral reminders... (5) no proper co-ordination between various departments internally, which leads to lot of confusion... (6) mr. Chandrasekhar doesn't even bother to pick the call despite several attempts. Despite of the fact that the car is good, i strongly recommend my friends to approach other car manufacturers or at least dealer due to my bad experience here...
