[Resolved]  Renault — juddering in vehicle

I own duster amt diesel vehicle model 2016 december. Done 58900 km.
There was juddering problem. After lot of pressure and arguments they changed some parts in clutch and problem got resolved last year.
Now in december 2019 the same problem of juddering has resurfaced. They are asking for payment of rs 54000/- saying it is not covered under warranty.
This is cheating and fraud upon their own customers.
