[Resolved]  Renault — surrender renault kwid

Dear sir,

My kwid vehicle purchased on 29.07.2017. Steering hard and cross problem started at the date of purchase. 8 times thisissue attended by your service center but, this issuenot resolved. I will surrender the vehicle to you kindly arrange for refund the money. Please give the formalities for surrender the vehicle.
Complete history follows.
29.07.2017. New kwid car received with steering cross andsteering hard condition.

26.08.2017. First service done by renault kwid tuticorin. Steering cross problem attended by service center. Wheel alignment not done. Techinician try to refix the steering wheel. But, not properly aligned. Hence, steering issue was not resolved and manager told that this vehicle coming fromfactory at this condition only. So, they are not able to correct the problem. So, i had taken my car from service center.

23.09.2017. Steering cross problem attended by renaultomr service center. Wheel alignment done. But, left side caster value showing in red indicator and not within a range. So, i had escalated toservice manager and he replied that caster adjustment not available in kwid. So, they are unable to correct thecaster value. Steering auto center also not working. After wheel alignmentvehicle pull in left side. I had drive this car around 500 kms with shoulderand back pain due to vehicle pull in left side and hard.

17.10.2017 vehicle pull left side issue attended byrenault tuticorin. Service center not done wheel alignment. Service center technician set all alignmentvalues using steering cross position. Vehicle problem is caster value showingin red in not in a specification range while steering center position. Allvalues showing in green and within a range while steering slightly crossposition. So, technician try to set steering cross position and try to takeprint out. So, i had escalated service center personal and he replied thatcaster adjustment not available. So, he had interchange the front two tyres andtried to solve. Steering left side pull issue resolved at the time ofinterchange the tyres. After few days left side pulling issue again started.

04.11.2017. Left side pull issue attended by renault omr service center. 3 reading showing in redcolor. But, service center manager told me that all values are in normal. But, left sidecaster, left and right side toe showing in red color and not within a range. So, i have not accepted. So, we have checked another one kwid and steering is very smoothcompared to my kwid. So, service center manager call to x person and told thisissue to them. He replied that to check steering bug. Technician checked andreplied that no bug found. But, steering pull and hard issue not resolved.

18.11.2017. Again this issue attended by renault omrservice center and hand over the same condition.

25.11.2017. Oil leak found in steering rack. They hadchecked and replied that this is electric power steering. Hence, this is notpower steering oil. After few days they had replaced steering rack. Afterreplaced the rack steering left side pulling issue is resolved. But, steeringhard issue is partially resolved. I had realised steering hardness, whilevehicle speed upto 60kmph and steering free more than 60kmph speed.

16.12.2017. I had travelled around 500 kms. Initial 200kms steering working normal and good. But, beyond 200 kms steering very hardand unable to drive. I had experiencing shoulder pain due to steering hardissue. Next day again travelled 500 kms and experiencing heavey pain. So, i’munable to drive my car. So, i had call to renault road side assistance, and he repliedthat we will arrange for tow vehicle and sent to nearest service center. So, ihad drive this car around 500 kms with heavy shoulder pain.

29.12.2017. Second service done by your service center. But, steering issue not resolved. 2 other kwid users drove my car and repliedthat steering turn left side is normal. But, turn right side steering play andhardness occurred. But, your service center reported in invoice steering playinstead of steering play and hard. So, clearly your service center is hidingthe steering hardness issue to renault.

04.01.2017. Car taken to service center due to rat smell, steering hard and continuous beep sound coming from engine. After service i hadreceived my car on 10.01.2017. Continuous beep sound problem not attended byyour service center. After received my vehicle, i had escalated this issue toyour service manager through phone, hehad discussed with delivery driver to check the issue. This clearly indicatesyour service center not checked thisbeep sound issue at service center. After the discussion manager said thatthis sound is normal. But, i had not hearing this sound before 2ndservice. I had checked my friend kwid vehicle also this sound is notheard.

12.01.2017. I hadtravelled around 500 kms. Initial 300 kms steering working normal and good. But, beyond 300 kms steering working very hard and unable to drive. After 2 days i hadtravelled again 500 kms steering working very hard. Till now steering hard issueand beep sound issue not resolved. Your service center not given propersolution.

Last 5 months 8 times this issue attended by your service center. Every time i had taken leave in my office and i got loss of pay. Service center around 100 kms away from my home. So, around 1000 rs fuel consumed in every time visiting in your service center. I’m very disappointment for your car quality and service center kindly send one technician from your factor your steering manufacturer to attend the issue else i will surrender the vehicle to you kindly arrange for refund the money. Please give the formalities for surrender the vehicle.
