[Resolved] Renault — The worst customer service for pulse | |||
My father who lives in india made an unfortunate decision of purchasing a renault pulse and is suffering because of that decision ever since. Most recently, when he gave the car to the only service center in his city, they kept it for a month saying they did not have the part. When they returned it after the long ordeal, it came with a really bad paint job. When my father asked them to rectify it, they took the car again with the promise that they will rectify it within the same day which does not happen and the dealer stops responding altogether. I am sorry to say, no person in their right mind is going to buy your car with this pathetic service.
