Sent these emails to [protected]@renault.com but no response at all.

Posted on twitter handle but still no answers, if you can help me that would be great otherwise i have to take legal action against them.

Hello,

This is in regards to my booking of renault kwid which i booked on 23rd dec 2015. Attached is the booking receipt which i got from your representative. I am completely fed up with the renault agency as this is the seventh month & still my car has not been delivered yet.

If that is the case i would like my money back from you guys which i have already given 25000 inr, the reason is i am in touch with your agency situated in mandi himachal pradesh & "n" number of times they have given me future dates which is not acceptable. I don't know why there is reluctance in delivering the vehicle.
I came to know about few cases where customers has got the vehicle from the same agency in 2-3 months only. So what do i extract from this?

Are you guys favoring those customers who can shed some extra bucks from their pocket?

Let me know by when i can expect my money back or the vehicle if i don't get any suitable response within 2-3 days i will make sure to drag renault to the customer grievance court & they can settle down the case.

Follow up email

I want an update on this case asap, i would moving to consumer court if not given a satisfied answer in next 48 hours.

You are tarnishing the image of the company by not replying at all, my son has already posted the entire email over twitter & if you have little bit audacity left in you reply on the concern before i file the case.

I would be asking my son again to post entire follow up email on your twitter handle india & global too.
