[Resolved] Renault — unprofessional attitude of the representative | |||
Hi, m dr s chowhan from guwahati, went to a renault showroom 4 days back and booked a test drive for sunday ie today. Mr. Bhaskar, a representative of the company took my number and assured me that he will be at my place by 11 am on sunday. Today morning, he called me up saying dat he is sending somebody else in his place. I said it's ok. I have called them up several times and every time, they say they 'll be at my place within half an hour but they dint turn up till 5.30 pm. Such an unprofessional attitude of the representative u have employed in it company. Dats disgusting. They have spoiled my whole sunday, couldn't go anywhere just waiting for them. This is how u do business? Such careless attitude of it company pple. Probably, u do not want to do business. I am expecting some reply or action on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
