[Resolved]  Renault — vehicle scratched from service center in 1st free service

Dear Concerned,

I am writing this with a heavy heart and really disappointed to see such behaviors of the staffs of Renault Service Center.

Recently I purchased a Renault Kwid and my first service was due for Aug-18. So I planned to go for my first free service on 18-Aug-18, after I reached there during service I found my car to fully scratched on the right side (includes front fender, front right door and back right door). When I asked them, they simply ignored it and said to go for a paint job which is now discounted as paint job camp is going on. I was really stunned to hear the same.

I came back home and called up the customer care and they conferenced me with the Renault Central CRM named - Anwesha Banerjee where she promised to investigate on the same and will get back to me.

After a day Anwesha called me back and said that she investigated and found the scratch was made from there end and closed the case/complaint raised by me, and asked me to send the vehicle where they will repair the scratch.

She arranged for my vehicle pickup on 23-Aug. The driver came and took my car as per the schedule.

Now, when they received the car Anwesha called me and stared playing with her words saying that only a small scratch was done by them. And they will only repair a part of it. When I asked her that what is the proof that only small part is only scratched from your end, she replied that her advisor told her.

I am really stunned to hear such kindly of reply from her where she is trying to prove her advisor right and me wrong.

Request you kindly see the above matter and please get the scratch repaired on priority.
