Renault — Very Poor Customer Service | |||
To Start of, the Car is the best I could possibly think of when compared to others in the segment it falls - Renault Pulse. But then very Poor After Sale Service, very Pathetic First time Experience with Service Center. God only knows who would take this seriously and act accordingly as I am sure the Organization does not care about these things as all it matters is for them to Sell and Forget as they made a Sale. Kindly get your Service Experience to a bare minimum expectations or else with Word of mouth people may not buy your cars. 5 days for a First Servicing is totally not acceptable and that too with lot of other worst experience in the first experience totally shattered my expectations with Renault as a company to be honest I have no expectations from them. I really do not want to share in detail but would request if any Renault Executive is looking at this, kindly get your services up. I am writing this with the experience I had with SRI SRI SRI Service center Madhapur Hyderabad branch. Was this information helpful? | |||
