I have raised the complaint by calling to the customer care when the service centre people denied to resolve under warranty
Later the executive from Renault and the the service manager of Nanavati Renault Service, Surat together discussed on a conference call.
Please dont mention that you havent heard anything regarding this issue
When i raised the complaint regarding the issue the service centre people had changed the clutch cable but the ossue was nt resolved and they asked me to change the clutch assy by paying the amount as the clutch assy doesnt comes under warranty.
The problem wasnt there in the clutch assy and i m sure about it
Wen i lubricate the clutch cable and the fulcrum which the cable drags at transmission the problem gets solved temporarily. If the problem is there inside the transmission and the clutch assy needs to be replaced it should nt solve wen i lubricate the cable outside the transmission case.
If the Renault is not able to rectify the issues on warranty and diverting the customers by pointing out and creating the other things which r rworking properly then whats the meaning of the warranty ?
If Renault Service team is not able to work on this issue properly and not able tobdetect the actual issue then please give me on written that whatever the suggestion given by Service team with the company stamp and authorised signature
I will solve the actual issue from outside multicar workshops by paying them. If the issue is solved refund the amount whatever i spent for solving it and accept that the Renault Service Team is not able to point out the actual issue and fails to solve the manufacturing faults
